Sir,
Better start making bricks rather than mobiles,because your phones are no less then that!
I’ve bought my CELKON A60 for the first time in the last year of august,2013 and since then i’ve had the phone replaced then the PCB and then the phone again and again. But the mobile still persists with the same problem.Even after being given an option of opting for other mobile the retailer didn’t agree to change it. So, i had to take the same mobile again and break my head with the same problems.
I’ve lost the patience of visiting your SINGLE SERVICE CENTER in whole of visakhapatnam.
Its really so dreadful for me being a student and travelling from 40kms skipping my college just for the sake of getting a service update from your service centre! (which doesn’t even ensure of a quick response in its service! )
As ive mentioned in my last mail,Please take it into consideration that your service centre and service authorities based at visakhapatnam need to be improved! If you don’t understand what i’m trying to tell you please do visit your service centre in person, you would understand what problem your customers are facing! (if you are so bothered about the convenience of your customers)
Please do correct your toll free lines else remove them from service! anyhow they don’t work and are of no use to you and us.
I don’t understand how can the same problem persist in all the mobiles i’ve been given and no one bothers to resolve it just for once.
Ive taken video snaps of the problems and collected all my bills concerning my dealings with celkon A60.
I’m exhausted and can not go to your service center anymore for the sake of servicing or getting replaced with the same dumb mobile.
I shall approach a consumer court now for sure to support my plea. I’ve had enough of this headache dealing with you and piling up papers!
