This is to inform you that, the BSNL mobile prepaid service company has been deducted my main balance without my knowledge and after consult the costumer care they told me that, you have activated some services for which your balance has been deducted. I told them many time to de-activate the service, but still now they have not taken any steps in this regards and continuously deduct my main balance.
