not satisfied with symphony air cooler

i bought symphony air cooler on march 2014.
and twice in 2 months its fan has stopped working.
the symphony customer care does not respond properly and is not sending the service engineer.
the product is still under 1 year warranty.
i am not at all satisfied with the product and its service providers.
