my phone is nokia asha 305..it is in warrantynow only for one month..from 3 day all key buttons are not working..as lock key,call button,powe off button and volume button these all 5 buttons are not working.. tommorow i visit nokia care for repair under warranty…fir they told me that warranty has been expire they i provide mobile…in bill warranty was not expired.then they open my phone and tell that my phone has been dropped in water/liquid..but this is not truth..if my mobile is dropped in water how it start ….and how i talk..there is no problem in anything..only problem in keypad..they are making me fool and they want to charge me for this..i know nokia is not repairing any phone which is in warranty….forward and take serious action on my complaint because warrranty left for only 1 months…i want to nokia repair my phone at free of cost as it come under warranty
