This is regarding the worst experience with HOMESHOP18.
I ordered the product Symphony Air Cooler – HI COOL i (Order ID – 944038885) on 29th April 2014.
I never get the product delivered by the expected date and the status on the website was updated with Delayed. I further waited till 4th May to deliver but it did not.
Now on 4th May, I called the customer care and cancelled the product and asked for the Refund for which, I got the complaint number – 101238853.
After continous on 15th March I got one new Complaint number – 101966615. (God knows what happened to the earlier one)
Now again after continuous follow-up, on 19th May, the executive says they haven’t got any update about the product as it displays the product has been delivered on the website, which i never recieved and on asking for the timeline for my Refund, they have nothing to say except that i need to wait.
On further follow up on 22 May, the reply from the call centre executive is still the same, that is, product is showing delivered and we are following up. On asking for any timeline for any update or refund, its again the repeated reply that i need to wait without any timeframe.
Based on the conversation so far and continous calls and followup, i dont see any convinving or promising response which has froced me to log the compaint against HOMESHOP18.
Kindly look into the matter.
