I Am a customer of Reliance broadband services for the last 8months and am facing the Internet outage problems for every week, weekly two days it will connect and the rest of the days it won’t, when i file a complaint in customer care they will say the problem is in the solving stage, this issue occurred due to cable outage and shortage problem and this won’t repeat in future nu they will say but the same will occur and also they will say if the problem stays for more than 3days definite Waiver will be provided but even after the problem continued for more than 1week and i will be facing the issue by that time also and if call them and ask they will say your complaint was closed before 3days itself and you have to give a fresh complaint only nu, now this is also not possible because i couldn’t able to contact the customer care itself, i have got 1mail mail id of reliance broadband i have to mail them daily after 1week or more days they will reply as sorry for the inconvenience and we will solve your problem at the earliest, am fed up with their service and i opted for disconnection but they are not doing that too, saying with in 9days your termination will happen nu but after that also no confirmation has came and still the internet is not working and they are charging for that too. what shall i do with this broadband.
