According to the advetisement published in two reputed daily news papers in Pune on 12 May 2014, marathi movie “Ek Hajarachi Note” show was scheduled at 12.05 PM at Big Cinema, Chinchwad. Please refer following links to the epaper.

However, when I reached to the cinema hall, I was told that there is no show of “Ek Hajarachi Note” at 12.05, it was scheduled at somewhere around 6~ PM. When brought them to notice about the advt in news papers, the person on ticket counter said “We don’t know anything about news paper advt. Please check online timings.”
How come theater mgmt is giving careless and unconvincing answers? How can they just ignore the viewers who will come according to daily news paper advertisement?
It is not practically possible to check online timings everytime you go for movie.
I ended up watching another marathi movie as I had travelled 10 KM with my family members and didn’t want to spoil their mood. However, this was not what I was looking for. It was just a compromise which I was forced to do due to lack poor Big Cinema Management.
As a viewer and consumer, I was totally disappointed with the changed schedule and the careless response I got from Ticket Counter.
I would like Big Cinema higher management to look into this and let me know what action they are going to take on this.
I hope in future management will take care to avoid such uncordial, inconvenient and careless situations which viewer may face.
