I have purchased a mobile “NOKIA Lumia 900″ worth rupees 19600/- online through ebay on feb’16 ,2013. I faced a problem in charging my mobile after 1 year i.e on feb’18,2014. I brought up this mobile to NOKIA CARE ,Uttarakhand for getting repaired. They told me ,” Mobile chip got damaged with liquid & it can be repaired at a cost of 3000/- “. Upon his comment ,i have given my mobile for repair & informed him clear all the damaged parts . After a week ,i got my mobile back from NOKIA CARE on feb ‘24,2014. Within 3 days i face same problem & brought back my mobile to NOKIA CARE again, they took my mobile and repaired back. Again after 4 days ,i got a same problem of charging my mobile. Then i brought back my mobile to NOKIA CARE. They took a day & informed me that we couldn’t identify the problem so we would like to forward your mobile for repair to our superior technicians again at a cost of 2800/- . I gave him my mobile & he informed within 15 days mobile condition will be intimated. I didn’t got any call from them . I called NOKIA CARE through telecom & asked the status of my mobile. Person who lifted the phone said ” Sir, your mobile can’t be repaired & we are bringing back your mobile from Delhi within 2 days” . It represents their negligence in informing me about the condition of the mobile themselves . At last they brought my mobile back with a dead condition without any repair. I asked about refund but they told me ” Money can’t be refunded mobile got another problem which is not related to charging problem ”
I was surprised about what happened within 1 week with my mobile. lost all money & mobile in dead condition.
I request you to plz comment on the complaint & kindly solve the issue
