Wedding Sherwani Delivery – Defective (Twice)

Recently in Jan 2014, we have ordered for wedding sherwani which was found defective on day of promised delivery date. Then, we have selected another sherwani which as again found defective on date of delivery and was not altered as promised. This alternation was agreed upon with owner – Mr. Sanjay Khatri but promise were not kept.
Due to this , we have to cancel order and asked for refund with interest . after many argument for Hours, just refund was provided without interest and no one help to talk to Mr. Sanjay even after many request.
Due to this, we have spend another half day to get Sherwani from other place at higher price for short delivery .
I have send formal compliant for which there is no response .
Even I have noticed that defective Sherwani rejected by us was being shown to new customer ( which we have informed Showroom Manger)
The whole episode indicate that service level is very poor at Ajay Arvindbhai Khatri and there is not ethics to delivery . Even there is no courtesy call back even after sending remainder email .
