I have subscribed to you brodband unlimited internet plan for three months and paid full amount in advance. I have been suffering from loss of network connectivity since the day I started taking the services from them. I have contacted them several times regarding the issue, and every time I have been given a false commitment that issue will be fixed by today itself. But none happens and no service engineer or service calls come from that company. I’m sick of contacting them again and again and again and I’m very positively sure that they will not listen and after expiration of service period they will demand the renewal of services to proceed with the solution. I just want to sue this fraudulent company. Any help will be appreciated.
