I have ordered for Induction Cooktop but I received Room Heater. Now Indiatimes is not replacing the material or refunding the money. Each & every call to them is just getting responses like we are processing the case. The order no. is 3002766638 and the case id is 1143573. I have lost trust on Indiatimes. They do not have any knowledge and just saying we are processing the request and will be solved with 2 days for every call. I have lost my time & money. Further that was became a headache for me to call Indiatimes again & again and asking the status of my case.

Paid Rs 1976 for purchase of the product. Later I have to call to their customer care again and again with no result causing financial loss & mental harassment to me.

I want refund of my money or the right product to be delivered along with maximum possible penalty. so that Indiatimes or any such sites will never dare to cheat and harass their customers in future.

Finally in the frustration I have attempted to send the material myself by courier and contacted Bluedart. Then I came to know some truths. At first they are asking me Rs 600/- to send the material which is standard to send such bulky package. Secondly I came to know Indiatimes or any other ecommerce people make contracts with them for predefined costing to ship their material. Now for the reverse pickup they have to pay a lot. So that’s why Indiatimes is denying to arrange reverse pickup the material.

So even the mistake was from Indiatimes, to avoid the loss courier charges they are denying to arrange reverse pickup the material.
