Hi,
I am a postpaid customer of Airtel. I wanted to change my plan so i wrote a mail to 121 customer care to suggest me some suitable plan. I got a reply from 121 and finally i selected the best suitable plan out of them. They activated this plan on 18 sept. 2013 on my mobile number.Next month i got the bill in which they have charged extra. I was promised that my incoming & outgoing calls would be free during roaming. I was shocked to see my next month bill. they charged for everything.
I contacted Airtel 121 executive many times but couldn’t get the result. They are keeping me in uncertainty. Jut keeping my request open and saying that our executive will contact you shortly. i have heard this thing from them many times.
