Reminder of complaint no 90525419 for non delivery of complementary gifts with a 40 micromax bolt

I Param preet singh resident of 394 site i Vikas Puri New Delhi -110018 ordered micromax bolt a 40 date 14/11/2013 order no-933972611 the available offer was-

1) MICROMAX BOLT A 40 WORTH RS 5499/-
2) complimentary gift :-

a) fuel wrist watch
b) aircel internet coupon of 10000
c) homeshop18 voucher coupon of rs 500

The order was received on 17/11/2013 through ecom express dispatch containing only a 40 bolt phone while complimentary gifts while missing.
The complaint regarding this mismanagement of delivery was placed immediately on 17/11/2013 with complaint number 90525419 & assurance was given by homeshop18 staff for delivery of left products in 3 days but till now ie 19/11/2013 no action has been taken.

so,kindly considered the complaint & take necessary action as soon as possible .
