Snap Deal Complain not Relolved for 24 days

Dear Snap-Deal Team

First of all, I would like to thank you for the pathetic service rendered for my Google Nexus 4 Black order.

This is with regards to my order number: 1333186915 for Google Nexus 4 Black.

I had placed this order on 15th Oct 2013 and the product was delivered to me on 22 Oct 2013. After using for couple of days I found that the product was not meeting my expectation. I found couple of issues like overheating, camera quality etc. and I had raised a complaint for this on 27 Oct 2013 (Ticket # 3694259) for a new product or cash back.

I have also send the images clicked by that product to your team on 05th November 2013.which was not forwarded to complaint team till I called back to check the status on 07th November 2013. It directly shows how important & seriously you takes your customer complaints which is not at all accepted.

Every day I am calling your team and asking for new product or Cash back but without any information or update your team shipped the old faulty product back to me. I realized this on 9 November 2013 when I received the call from Blue dart. I immediately called you customer service team and they informed me to reject the delivery. I followed the instruction which your team has requested me to do so but till ( 18 Nov 2013) the old faulty product has not reached you.

This is really ridiculous & disappointing that till now that you team is not able to provide a resolution for my complaint.

I am calling your customer support every day to check my complaint status but I have not got any proper reply from your end. Whenever I call your team the only response I get is that they will arrange a call back.

I can’t really understand what is wrong with your service, either you have unskilled people at your end to resolve the issues or you want to fool your customers at any cost. It has been now almost 1 month that I am waiting for a product for which I have already paid Rs.22490 but not used till now.

My EMI’s for this product has been already initiated and it is not benefiting me in any way.

Now I have decided to make an official complaint at the consumer court, if my issue is not resolved within 1 business day effective from today.

Hope you have got my mail,

Today afternoon I again called (12.07 am) you for an update and your representative (YASH) informed me that you still didn’t received the product and they can’t do anything and your senior management are so busy that after though I am ready to hold the call for next 10-15 minutes they have no courtesy to attend my call.

I was given assurance that I will receive the call from the senior management in the next 30 minutes. Till now I have not received any call.

In mean time, I called the “Blue Dart” for the STATUS of my product( Waybill No. 44046073853), I was really surprise to know that the product is still laying at their site because they still didn’t receive any information from Snap deal team to send the product back and accordingly Blue dart have sent the request to Snap deal for update.

This is really frustrating me and becoming very ridiculous and I have never seen such type of NEGLIGENCE and PATHEITC service.

Please, revert back when you see or read this message and don’t sit a dead meat without taking any further actions required otherwise I would have to take the LEGAL action against your team and the senior management.

Hello Team

Today afternoon I again called (12.49 am) you for an update and your representative (GEETIKA) tried to transfer the call to your senior management, I was put on hold for 10 minutes but the again no seriousness was shown to attend the customers call.

As expected I got the Recorded Tape reply again and assurance to get a call back in next 4working hour.

In reality your representative and senior management are unskilled and who don’t know how to handle the customer complaints.

Today, I made a second call to you guys at 4:33pm because Geetika mentioned in the previous email said that she would arrange a call back within the next 4 working hours. The representative on the other side did not mention his name when asked and did not know what to do when I raised my issue.

When I requested him that I wanted to talk to one of the senior management, all he could reply that all of them were busy and urgnet call has been arranged for me with a brand new time slot for next 4 hour.

What the hell you guys are working on ignoring customer complaint.

Kindly understand I don’t need call back, I need the solution for me complaint and the money I have paid to you for product.
