This is Arun. I’m here writing my overall experience with Tatatele service and Tata Photon.
Past Event with Tatatele Broadband service:
I have taken new connection (Tatatele A/C No: 919385012) from tatatele service in my new apartment where tatatele service established its equipment newly. Due to that we faced initial problem like frequent disconnection and later on speed problem. In the first month, after several follows up with the customer care regarding speed problem, it was not solved. I’m always getting below 1Mbps speed though as per the plan it should retain 4Mbps speed upto 20GB.
When I got my September month bill (bill cycle: 5th Sept to 4th Oct), I informed customer care that for September month bill, I need bill adjustment. After several escalation also, no body is taking seriously to resolve this issue that’s why I’ll not pay full amount for this moth. Even I paid 500rs from my side after confirming with the customer care over phone. They said as per your convenient you pay your said amount (i.e. 500), after settlement we can adjust that. This case was pending since 13th Oct to 8th Nov. Finally on 8th Nov, customer care people telling that we can’t adjust your bill amount.
For October month bill, they don’t even consider the late payment charges of September month bill as I have raised this issue before due date and this case was pending since very long from tata docomo side only. When they have demanded amount with including September and October month bill, I said until unless you will not consider my September month bill, I’m not going to pay anything.
Also I showed interest to continue their service as a loyalty customer because gradually they have improved their service from mid of October. I followed up a lot over phone with customer care people for this bill adjustment but finally no result. They have given reason that I have used the service during September month time (when I have raised complaint for speed problem). I have not totally convinced with that because I complained a lot for speed problem but it does not mean that I’ll not use the service. That’s why I asked just consider how much I have used during that time just calculate that and let me know the amount. I’m very much happy to pay that. Even I paid 500rs from my side as per my satisfaction. I just waited a long but nothing comes up at last.
Recent Event with Tata Photon:
I have recently taken Tata Photon 3G postpaid sim(Photon Account No 919616795) after the above event happened. I went for again Tata because where I’m staying there Tata Docomo network is good compared to other network service provider. So I paid 1500rs to get this connection.
I have used this for one day and experience was good. But after that next day, I got message that my internet service has been blocked for Photon Account No 919616795. I surprised and called customer care several times to know the reason for it but the customer care service is so bad that I got to know the reason after calling 10 times to customer care.
I got to know that they have blocked because there were pending amount in the Tatatele Account which is due from my side. That’s why they have adjusted this 1500rs with the due amount and blocked this current service.
Conclusion:
So here what I understand is that how many times I showing interest to go for Tata service they are spoiling their image by themselves only. How can they adjust this amount with the due amount for which I’m waiting for the settlement? I don’t know whether I’m fool here or I’m just wasting my money to trust again and again with Tata service.
Here I need 2 actions to resolve this issue:
1> First do settlement for my Tatatele account (Tatatele A/C No: 919385012) and if you need any proof, I’ll provide you.
2> revert back my amount for the Tata Photon A/C: 919616795
