portal reliance to air tel

Dear Sir,

I am B Baburao, having mobile no: 9346406082 of Reliance.

I have applied for portability from Reliance to Airtel & my portability number is RA 256952 Dated: 17/10/2013.

So far i have not received any updates on the progress of portability.

Kindly guide me in this issue.
