I m micromax canvas 2 user purchased mobile on jan 13 and in the month of 23 Aug 13 i have faced the problem of earpiece not working for I have filed a complaint no E070092-0813-5060056 in Micromax service centre in m/s rk mobile dehradun. For which i was assured the earpiece was to be imported from china it will be available in 15 days i have received sms for my complaint no stated above and same day i received another sms stating that my complaint is closed without any intimation or information and since than there has been no updates from the service centre about the status of my complaint. This is all wat micromax service is all about taking nil care of the customer values and delivering them with their hell service. Now its been 2 months i have been suffering business and individual losses due to my fone not working properly who the hell is responsible for the same
