I bought a samsung galaxy y s5360 from The Mobile Store on 04/06/2012. They gave me a extended warranty of 1 year apart from the Samsung mobile 1 year warranty and took an additional Rs.100 for the same.The display stopped working 1 month ago and as it was under the warranty period of ‘The Mobile Store’, i gave it to store’s branch in Sahid Nagar,Bhubaneswar on 07/10/2013. It has already been 1 months but they are delaying it and making vague execuses. I have contacted them 5 times in a month but they keep on postponing.The details of my purchase are as follows:
