i have purchased KARBONN SMART A2+ from Meerut (Utter Pradesh) on 7/9/13 from G.S.Mobile,garh road,Meerut.bill copy i have attached with the mail.
Now my complaint is that its Head set lead is not working.so,i contacted your authorized service Centre(as was told me by the seller,but not mentioned in your website)-Bansal Telecom,thapar nagar,near police chowki,Meerut (contact no.9058849009) on 9/9/13.
Owner of the centre(mrs.monika) assured me that she will get replaced it within 4-5 days.but when I contacted on 22-9-13,she told me to come again after 15 days.
when I told her that i can’t come again and again as i am also working,she refused me to help and doing misbehave,she said me that you are free to complaint anywhere.
i purchased this phone because i heard the quality of Karbonn mobiles are good.but i didn’t know about the after sales service of the company.but till 17.10.13 my complaint was not resolved also company is not responding my mails
