I own a Lumia 720. Barely within few months of purchase, the device has an issue with the volume down button. On showing it at Nokia Care, they said it will take a week to repair since they do not have the hardware part. After one week, they have still not repaired my smartphone.
They have given me a LOUSY substitute phone. And there is no reply from Nokia service care centers even after repeated escalations.
This is very frustrating that one buys such a costly product and it develops a critical issue at such short usage.
