harrashment becaus of poor service of micromax A51 bolt

i have purchaged micromax bolt A51 from jagadhari gate ambala city haryana, and i am harrashed by its service . jst after few days of purchage i noticed that there is problem in audio . neither i can hear the voice of other person on call nor m audible to him , i took it to mobile service center but no improvement seen . its still irritating me . now i am having problem in its touchscreen which doesnt function properly ,it gets unresponsive ,hanged frequently. lights being off its hard to find out whether call is on or off , get disconnect , i am not able to talk to . its not at all dependable , i miss many important calls , it doesnt have battery packup , even if charged whole night battery always seen empty . it cnt perform its function have to kept most of the time on charging and still no battery. i dont have the patience to tolerate it , it has become a nightmare , i seriously gets scared when i have to call somebody first it takes lot of time to get start then no touchscreen working , somehow if call is made then no voice or get disconnect at once, what do i do about it, micromax is the worst phone i have ever seen
