B.P. Poddar Hospital, Kolkata charges service charge @ 12% on all bed charges and investigations although in none of their forms which is required to be submitted to the hospital during admission this service charge condition is written. Recently they have duped me approx. Rs. 18000/- towards service charge and on claiming a refund they say (that too after harassing me for 5 weeks) that they cannot because this as per their hospital protocol.
