Sir My name is Ratna Dayakar. I have been a Tata Indicom cdma prepaid customer since 2007.My mobile number is 9248316648.The problem is from March 2013,Tata Indicom service provider stopped signals in our area.I called the customer care number 1860 2665555 many times. But It is of no use. They have not solved my problem since it is 6 months. I filed a complaint in the first week of Augest,2013 in consumer foremost of India.The day after I filed the complaint, I got a call from the customer care. They told me that they would solve the problem soon. They have been saying this kind of answer since March 2013.I have lost my job opportunities for being on their service. Please do Warn the service provider for stopping signals without notice and do make a penalty on them for my loss.Presently I am using BSNL number 9985793955.Sir,My only request is to warn them to render the service within 5 days since it is already 6 months long. Really this is against customer rights. I Hope You Will take action atleast this second time. Thanking You Sir.
