Name of company/service: Airtel broadband

very low.in last 3 weeks I have raised 4 service request complaints and approximate 10 in last 2-3 months.

in august month it had worst connectivity.

    Hi Saurav,

    This is the fastest reply/answer I have received till now from airtel.
    Many times I have to airtel customer care officer to raise this concern to higher management but no body acknowledged it.

    I had trust on airtel and using airtel products froms last 5 years but now I am thinking to switch to another service provider.

    Please help me to continue the relation if airtel feels/respect to retain their customers.

    You can see the no. of service requests & their details I raised in last 2-3 months .
