Myself Mayank kumar,I have a reliance 3G SIM of number 9555351975.On 27-08-2013 I recharge my mobile internet data of worth 246 which offer 2GB data but I received only 1GB data.
I has already contact Reliance customer care.But they did not help me.They told me that your 50% data will refund in next 48 HOURS but 48 HOURS has been over and I have not received the remaining data. This is not first time that I have to registered a complain in INDIAN CONSUMER FORUM or RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE.
I am always in tension due to there services.I have to always call them 15 to 20 times regards it whenever I recharged my mobile internet data and they told me that sorry we can not help you due to technical fault . So please help me and take suitable action that will help me in future.
