balance deduction

Respected sir,

This is about wrong deduction of my balance

I have a reliance g prepaid no and the company has deducted balance from my account for a service called CRBT dummy plan but I haven’t send any req to the company to activate it on 29aug.the company had itself activated it by itself twice in a day firstly I had send unsubscription msg to company n dey deactivated it but late nyt nearly dey again activated it n cut 15rs from my balance dis tym also I haven’t requested to start da service den again I send unsubsciptionsg to the company n the service was stopped.But when I called to customer care to file a complaint about diz dey said their system is updating data n cann’t give any info ovr it.later on I also tried calling 198 toll free no to register my complaint but unable to connect it says dat service is not aviable.

So plz help me
