Faulty Handset

I had bought a Sony Xperia Miro ST23i on 21st May 2013 and is still under warranty. The phone started giving problem from the next day itself. Initially the battery used to drain out within 1hour after full charging. Later on the problem started with calls getting dropped. The phone automatically shuts off and restarts in each and every call. I had complained to the company as well and the only solution they give is to take the phone to the service center. My phone has gone to the service center thrice in these past 3 months. I have even written a complaint on their web page on facebook but someone from the company is deleting the messages. I have so far spent Rs.14000/- for the phone + 2100/- for the new battery; the total coming to Rs.16100/-. I only request the company to either replace my phone with a brand new one without any cost or pay me my Rs.16100/-. Hoping to get a positive solution. Regards Arunima.
