Not Refunded Money of failed Transaction

Location/place: NEW DELHI

Name of company/service: BOOK MYSHOW

This is with regards to the failed booking for which i never got any refund.I booked 4 Movie tickets
for Once Upon a time in Mumbai Dobara at satyam cinema, new delhi.
The booking got failed but the amount was deducted from my bank account.
