courier delivered to someone else

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My courier wih consinement no BF0273912 has been delivered to someone sunitha whom nobody knows, this is sheer negligence on part of the delivery man.
i want the details of the delivery man who has delivered so that i can know what he did with my consignment. i still don’t understand why the contact number of the receiver is not mentioned. god only knows to which address it is delivered. the customer care is not picking my call
having said this i want some action to be taken and make sure that my courier reaches me to restore my faith on leading logistic company like first flight. i never expected this kind of service from first flight.
