defected mobile phone

i bought samsung galaxy duos on 12/08/2013 for 9700. there is a major defect in the phone . there is a major hearing probem in the hearing problem . there is major hearing problem in the problem. the voice clarity sometimes is absolutely nil. the has not solved my problem . i want them to replace my phone or give my money back.
