I have Personally visit the Airtel Store / Contacted to Caller Executive and also write to his appellate authority.
But no response from anywhere, Hopeless to write this message to Consumer Forum.
Following is the mail, which were written on 12th Aug’13
Dear Appellate
Dispute regarding immediate bill plan changes in Data Plan
I am using your Airtel Connection Since, May’2011 to till date under
199 Data Plan & 2GB Data Plan – Rs.98 with billing Cycle on every 6th of the month
Further, On Last 5th Aug’13, I have recd your change of data plan message along with implementation. ( I understood this will be for my next month (Sept) bill plan)
When, I saw my Bill on 6th Aug’13 ( With Change of Plan Effect),I totally shock regarding the bill amt of Rs. 1500/–
This bills Includes, changes of data plan effect from 2GB to 1GB, How could I manage this bill amount on your sudden bill plan change a one day before the bill.
This is not at all acceptable from my side,
Even if I opted, your 2GB Plan,I dont think, i have touch even 1500 mb usage of your Plan.
My Monthly USage of Data Card around 1100 mb to 1200 mb, and as per your new plan change you have chrged Rs. 875/- additional data card charges
You are requested to waive off the Rs. 875/- addiitonal data usage charges
I am ready to pay Rs.675/- deducting Data usage charges
