Name of company/service: Reliance Netconnect+

Hi, I am from vizag,In june 22nd i was purchased Reliance dongel,they said that we are providing 3.1MBPS speed… but i am getting 144KBPS Speed.i was complaint to that reliance customer care they are taking complaints but nor resolving it..because of it i am facing to many problems,wasting of my time and wasting of my money…
