Balance deduct without any cause

Name of company/service: Reliance gsm

I think reliance is the most fraud company in india. They use to deduct my mobile balance regularly. Today 15 rupees charged without any cause and when i called customer care they said you had subscribed a joke service and refused to return the balance.
