Name of company/service: Telebrands
I had ordered a product from Telebrands in the month of February, But they sent a damaged product. I eturned it to them right away. Then I have been following up with them for the replacement, they dint send it, whenever i call them they are like we sent we sent, but here i havent received ant product. And now after getting fed up i ask for refund, called them so many times but they havent even sent me my money. Agents are rude and lack information. I am tired and helpless. I dont know what to do. its more than 7 months now. I want to teach them a lesson for all the harassment and distress they have caused me. Please help me.
