Refusal Of Request For Number Portability By Reliance Communications.

I today approached Reliance Communications Store located at:

SWASTIK TELECOM SHOP NO 6 & 7, SHEETAL CO-OP HSG SOC, M.G.ROAD, OPPOSITE DOMBIVALI STATION, DOMBIVALI (W), MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA 421202.

I asked the sales executive the procedure I would have to follow in order to Port my current Prepaid Gsm Sim to Reilance Gsm (Prepaid Sim).
I was unnecessarily told about various Postpaid plans and when told to ONLY suggest about prepaid plans and the portability procedure,the executive showed lack of interest,negligence on their part and tried his best to make me opt for Postpaid Connection.Finally when I again explained them that all I need is a Prepaid Connection they simply neglected me and my request meaning I was denied right to use this facility of Number Portability which i guess is also an offence under TRAI regulations.

Hope somehow this complaint reaches Common people and offcourse the Officials at Rcom and make them realise that all they are doing is loosing customers due to poor customer exec support at stores.
