About 3g connection

my no is 9923641079 having 3g connection but I didn’t got 3g speed for my laptop.
I placed a request in customer care in last week and try to take follow up but there is no reply from customer care. last date of my problem resolving is 14 August as per Vodafone committed. there is no action taken by their service center.
