Not keeping words

Name of company/service: ONLINE INDIA TIMES SHOPPING

I booked a mobile model Kabonn A9 + in the official website of Online India times shopping .com on 2nd August 2013,for making a gift , and mentioned the Shipping address of my brother MRITYUNJOY BANERJEE ,AKHANBAZAR DOCTOR LANE PO- CHINSURAH ,DIST HOOGHLY 712101 , then they showed in their web page that Pearl white colour is not available but Black of the same model is available .
Accordingly I booked the same through my HDFC credit card with 3 EMIs .
They sent me a mail mentioning the booking no is 3002566320 and the Expected Delivery Date is 13.08.2013 but when contacted over phone for the shipment date several times , they repeatedly said to wait for the product and on 13.08.13 they mentioned ,when asked that the stock is not available.
Which is unbecoming with their terms and conditions, as when the set is available ,then only they booked the item for me , and after booking how can they change their availability status.
If that is the rules then why it was showing in their web page the Pearl White model is not available and the black colour Karbonn A9+ (black) is available on 2nd Aug 2013 during my booking.Also they could have make a call or mail within 48 hours of my booking, about availability status , but they didn’t instead when asked they said to wait and kept my money in their account for near about 14 days and above.
Now I want to get my booked mobile model Karbonn A9+ black colour from their end only.
Please help me to face such a problem where I felt very humiliated as I told my brother about the gift he would receive.
