Non Receipt of Refund

Dear Sir,

I have ordered Maxx Mobiles ,Model No. MAXXX BUZZ MX 403 (02 Nos.) BLUE & BLACK vide order No. 10083875 on 23/07/2013 from tradus.com (Online Shopping).However, I have received a parcel from ARAMEX COURIER (AWB NO. 4754715221)on 25/07/2013.I have paid courier boy full amount of Rs. 2637/-. When I opened the parcel it contain only 01 No. of Mobile Phone (I have ordered and paid for 02 Mobile Phones). An Invoice for the product I received is also missing.
Moreover, I have ordered for BLACK and BLUE phones and one I received is BLACK and YELLOW. I have then contact Infi Global(the seller), they said that they will send my second phone but they also have the BLACK and YELLOW which I don’t want.
Then I have returned a Maxx Mx 403 mobile (one I received)on 25/07/2013 vide Aramex Courier (AWB NO. 3754908780),as courier arranged by the seller.
The courier company returned the said mobile to Infi Global(the seller, Kandivali Mumbai)on 26/07/2013 at 06:18 P.M.vide AWB No.6422730790.

Now after returning the only mobile I received out of two I ordered, I request Tradus.com by mail for refund of my money. However, Inspite of my continuous follow up they have not send my Refund till today.

I hope that consumer forum will do the needful and justice will be given
