I am post paid user of airtel no. is 9860123596 since 3 – 4 years . In the month of Feb 2013 airtel has send me bill for GPRS usage around Rs 3000 since I have activated their 149 internet plan for unlimited usage of GPRS and their customer care executive told that u can use unlimited internet without any problem accordingly i have used GPRS after one month airtel have charged bill for GPRS usage .
Many times i have given complaints regarding bill issue but no positive response received from airtel .
In the month of june I have received call from 09665099413 for settlement for bill she told u just pay 2000 rs so we will close the matter and number will activate accordingly i have pay 1000 rs and committed remaining 1000 rs will pay within 10 days after number activation but within 10 days my number has deactivate , then i have tried many times to contact 09665099413 but nobody answering .
Now again in the month of August 2013 from +911204882365 this number Neha use my contact details from bill and called my all friends for bill and did my mental harassment after that again she told pay 2000rs for settlement and accordingly i have pay 2000 rs .
Because of such unethical activity by airtel i am giving mental harassment and use of my contact details for personal use .
Please look into the matter.
