Wrong Product delivered

Dear Sir/Maám,

I had ordered a product(Pack of 5 bed sheets & 10 Pillow covers) from tradus.com on 1st Aug’13 and we received it on 6 Aug’13. The delivered product is completely different from the ordered one so we made a complaint to tradus.com regarding the same. But till date we have not got any satisfactory answer from their side.
