balance deduction from account

Location/place: hyderabad

Name of company/service: aircel

50 rs balance was deducted from my aircel prepaid no 8686626434.on inquiry from customer care they told balance was deducted as i activated a service called hungama service on net which i didn’t even know about.they are saying by clicking on some websites balance get deducted.how could we know that which sites are free or not,earlier also balance was deducted from my balance due to some net site usage.i want my balance to be refunded as this is completely making the customers fool, either from aircel or hungama service as we r using net packages & balance must not deduct without any customer permission.

    Today my 25 rupees got deducted by aircel in no. 7278975505 in name of hungama subscription. I was only using google search & did not click any link. So refund my balance.
