REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE SET

RESPECTED SIR,
I am VIVEK MITTAL resident of
house no.- 370 sector-8 PANCHKULA.I had purchase a karbonn mobile set namely KARBONN SMART A6 from Pioneer Traders sector- 22 Chandigarh on 2,MAY,2013.
ON 15,MAY,2013 i got network problem in set and i submitted my set to karbonn Service centre sector-22Chandigarh.After one week i got my set back without problem solving. Again on 10,,JUNE,2013
i deposit my set at Karbonn Services Center for the same problem but there was no rectification.
and accordingly on 18 june they sent my sent to there delhi head office service center for repair for one month
in between this time period i was in contact with company ASM and RSM for the replacement of the set to which they asssured me that my set will get replaced within two to three days. but after some time they ignored from there statement by saying that it is againsst there company policy.After oine month when i got my set the problem was same
please ssir help me out as i had purchased this set from my 1 year pocket money
