Complaint for not getting 250 MB every month extra even after paying bill online

Name of company/service: TATA Photon dongle

There is an offer from TATA Photon that user will get 250 MB extra on payment of online bill with in due date.

I have been using TATA Photon dongle since 26th March 2013 and have been paying bill online every month before due date but i have not received extra 250 MB every month from the date i have purchased.

I should get extra usage for following months as i have been paying on
line bill from March 2013 :-
April –> 250 MB
May –> 250 MB
June –> 250 MB
July –> 250 MB
Aug –> 250 MB

I only received 250 Rs. for July month after contacting TATA Photon and they refused to give me extra 250 MB usage for previous months i.e. for April, May, June.
