I am Abhishek Chattopadhaya residing at Duttapukur 24 parganas(N). I am purchase a bike last 05.03.2012 at madhyamgram Cynosure Maniks Auto Center bike model ZMR(black) Engine No@MC38EBCGB00627, BHP/CC@ 225CM3, FRAME NO@ MBLMC38EECGB00682.

I am use this byke my friend Niladri De residing at bhadreswar, hooghly. he always service the bike properly as the rule of hero company. already bike run 16982KM. bike very essential for Niladri. niladri nearest authorised showroom Sur Motors Chinsurah, so he maximum free or paid service was do the sur motors workshop. but few a days he is suffering a big problem with sur motors. last july 30th 2013 he was give the bike for service purpose at sur motors workshop delivery date was 31.07.2013. as usual next day he was going to workshop to collect his bike but unfortunately extra 50/- claim the showroom for insurance form which was collect last back 7to10 days. he was not agree to pay the amount of 50/- for insurance form that time Mr. Debu Saha Employee of Sur Motors Workshop Told that if not pay the form amount bike not given to niladri de. Niladri not pay the extra amount because he does not understand why he pay the extra amount he many time says actual bill amount(1300 something) he given but 50/- not pay but anyone no cooperation with niladri so he left the bike and a received copy taken from service center.

To day Mr. Debu saha says through telephone extra garage charge add 350/- and 50/- not pay and he threated over telephone this is the punishment for why niladri not pay the amout of 50/- in the day of 31.08.2013 and he is says that 2 days dead line if niladri not collect the bike within 2 days Mr. Debu Saha will be given the bike at nearest police station and he says this is the rule of sur motors.

So, if you are see this matter and solve the problem with the correct decision i am highly oblized to you.
