I have made an online recharge to my prepaid mobile no , the money has been deducted from my bank account but the talk time balance has not yet received. It’s one week from now that i have made a transaction.
I have called customer care executives so many times. After listening my complaint they just disconnect my call. And after that for one day my call also not connects to customer care executive.
It is very bad on their service to disconnect the call of the customer.So, many times.
I just want my mobile to have talk time balance which i recharged for or refund the balance to my bank account and also give proper customer care support. To hang up a call is very bad on their service part.
I have details regarding bank transaction POS and Reference No.
