Non Activation Of Recharge

Dear Sir,
I recharged my number given above with Rs. 163 on 7th of July, 2013. Due to some technical issues(as said by the customer care), the activation of the pack could not be processed. i was said to wait till 18th of July, 2013 after which the issue was to be solved. As the problem was unsolved after the given date, i called up again and was said to wait till 28th of July again. being the problem unsolved again, i called up the customer care number 198 and was said to wait for another 48 hours for the problem to get solved. Unsuccessful again, i called up the customer care again on 1st of August, 2013. I was again said to wait for 48 more hours. After waiting, no response was there. I called up again on 4th of August, 2013 and could not connect to the customer care due to network problems. And today, 5th of August, I called up for assistance, and i was said that the duration of the pack was over.

The problems I’m having is really harassing. And the number of times I called, I was given different reasons for non-activation which is really confusing as I’m not able to know the actual cause of the problem.

Hence, i request you to look upon the problem and take necessary steps.
