am really disgusted by the service recived by AAirtel . every 2nd month i face a problem with them , either i don’t get the recharge amout or i will not get service or un-necessary dedcutions. Am really not happy with the way my complaint been dealt by the customer care . Am very much sure they have not even registered it . every time i call them explain what has happened & then the agent escalated only to get disconnect after 2 mins or simply says that “you have not been charged wrongly” . I don’t know this is happening with only me or with every one but definately i want to take it further .
