I have purchased LG LED 32” model No.32LS301C.BTRWLJL from Nandini enterprises Ghaziabad, as vendor says the carton is damage so I will give you this model less than MRP, he says this is high end model & commercial TV so specifications are not available on internet to check.
But when I called LG engineer to install the TV , he Says this already sold model to Vodafone company in HAPUR.
Neither is gave me TV base stand & other accessories, when I check my pen drive to run the movie such option is not available & when I asked vendor to return back the TV he refuses to replace.
I purchased this TV only to watch movie through USB, but vendor is not replacing the TV, I am not asking my money back , I need only to replace the tv with usb movie with the paying of balance amount.
Pls do the needful , what to do .
