GREVIANCE REGARDING POOR SERVICE PROVIDED BY HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER

MY NAME IS SUDHIR DAGAR. I AM HAVING A HYUNDAI VERNA CAR -VEHICLE NO- DL4CAG7497, VERNA 2007 MODEL. THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN SERVICE EVRYTIME FROM HYUNDAI AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.

THIS VEHICLE WAS SERVICE LAST TIME TO SERVICE CENTER NAMED DEEP HYUNDAI – NAJAFGARH ON 90,000 KMS. AT THAT TIME THE COMPLAINT IS SUDDENLY BREAK DOWN DUE TO ENGINE OIL MIX IN RADIATOR AND COOLENT BOX. AT THAT TIME THE COOLER ASSEMBLY, ENGINE OIL , SERVICE KIT OIL FILTER , AND FILTER ASSEMBLY OIL CHANGED BY 21000/-. THIS IS HAPPENED ON 20TH AUGUST 2012. AND ON 18TH JULY 2013 JUT AFTER RUNNING A 14000KMS THE VEHICLE ENCOUNTERS THE SAME PROBLEM OF BREAK DOWN AND SURPRISELY THE SAME ADVISER MANOJ HAS ATTENDED ME WHICH HAS ATTENDED LAST TIME AS WELL. NOW HE IS TELLING THAT SAME HAS BEEN HAPPENED AGAIN AFTER 14000 KMS. THE VEHICLE WAS AGAIN MET WITH A PROBLEM OF BREAK DOWN AND NOW AGAIN THEY HAVE GIVEN THE ESTIMATE OF 16000/-

ONE THING I AM QUIET SURPRISED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE IS SUBMITTED THIS TIME ON DATED 18TH July 21, 2013 THEN ENGINEER HAS ACCEPTED THEIR FAULT THAT THIS IS HAPPENED DUE TO THEIR FAULT DUE TO LAST TIME WHEN IT WAS SERVICED THEN RADIATOR WAS NOT CLEANED PROBABLY WHICH RESULTS THIS FAULT AGAIN. THE SAME ENGINEER HAS ACCEPTED THE FAULT IN FRONT OF ME.

I HAVE CONTACTED HYUNDAI CALL CENTER AS WELL MANY TIMES WITH COMPLAINT NO- 1-340631819 ( ANKITA, RAJEEV). THEY HAVE ENSURE THAT MY GRIEVANCE WILL BE TAKEN CARE AND REVERT WILL BE COMING. BUT TILL DATE NO BODY HAS CONTACTED ME. THIS IS A KIND OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCED YOUR ARE PROVIDING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT HAS CREATED A LOT OF MENTAL TORTURE TO ME AND WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME.
