i am disappointed from aircel service

Name of company/service: aircel

I am anil Kumar Sharma From Jaipur, i am really disappointed from aircel service, i am use aircel prepaid mobile service but company regularly cut my payment for any SMS but i don’t send any sms and customer care of aircel company don’t give me any solution of this problem, then i use other company SIM in my Mobile Phone that don’t cut any charge from my balance but aircel continuous cut 5 rupee par sms without sending any sms so i am really mently disappointed from aircel service, so please help me and refund my balance please
